Update data source

Partial edit of a source: rename, pause or resume (status active | paused), the mapping of rows not yet promoted, tags, duplicate policy, gate, or another sender profile for a sender_search or a post_engagement. type, object_type and playtable_sid are immutable. A payload patch names only what its kind lets a caller change; payload.prompt rule plan_built and payload.url rule agreement mean the change is a new source. At least one field, else 422 nothing_to_update.

User transitions only: pause / resume, and failed to active (re-arms the collect clock after a config fix). Anything else is 422 invalid_transition; completed is system-set.

New duplicate-person policy for the rows promoted from now on.

Merge tag_sids onto matched duplicates from now on.

sender_profile_sidstring nullable

Reassign the sender profile of a sender_search or a post_engagement (ub_sp_): the checks run again (linkedin_account_missing, sales_nav_required, recruiter_required, recruiter_signed_out). Those two kinds must keep one; any other kind keeps it null.
