Update custom tool

Edit a tool: name, description, the connection, status, and the definition blocks, where a supplied request, input_schema or output_mapping replaces that block WHOLE (templates never merge) and the merged definition is validated again as at create. Callers pick the new definition on their next call: the row is read per execute, never snapshotted. At least one field, else 422 nothing_to_update.
