Delete custom tool

Soft-delete a tool: the columns and nodes still naming it fail forward with a custom_tool_not_found row on their next call. Its call history and its connection stay. Idempotent.

Contract:

  • MCP tool delete_custom_tool, registry package mcp.integrations/custom_tools, mount integrations.providers.
  • Operation delete, response envelope delete_simple.
  • Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
