Delete subscription allocation

Take a workspace's share back (soft-delete): the workspace turns suspended with zero limits, its automation is held and its data retention clock arms; the pool is free for another workspace. DESTRUCTIVE for the workspace, reversible by a new share. Buyer and partner only. Idempotent.

Contract:

  • MCP tool delete_subscription_allocation, registry package mcp.id/subscription_allocations, mount id.partner.
  • Operation delete, response envelope delete_simple.
  • Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
