Undo scheduled cancel

Drop a scheduled cancel before it takes effect; billing continues as if never asked. Decided on the live Paddle state: nothing pending is a no-op (cleared false), a scheduled pause or resume is refused (409 scheduled_change_is_not_cancel), an already canceled subscription is too late. Synchronous, no charge; not gated, since it keeps money flowing. Owner only.
