Register existing ECW bulk export jobs in the database.

This endpoint creates an eligibility flow and EnhancedJob records for jobs that were already created via ECW's API externally. It does not call ECW's API.

Args: input: Request body containing: - project_id: Project ID - patients_with_pcp_job_url: ECW job URL for patients-with-pcp group (required) - patients_no_pcp_job_url: ECW job URL for patients-no-pcp group (optional) - convertible_visits_enabled: enable convertible-visit detection (optional, default True) - operator_enabled: enable future-visit lookup and operator flow (optional, default False) - operator_automatic: auto-submit the operator prompt batch (optional, default False) - created_at: ISO 8601 reference date for the flow (optional, defaults to now); eligibility windows anchor on it and future visits are looked up for the following day Example with both jobs: { "project_id": "uuid-del-project", "patients_with_pcp_job_url": "https://fhir4.eclinicalworks.com/fhir/r4/...", "patients_no_pcp_job_url": "https://fhir4.eclinicalworks.com/fhir/r4/..." } Example with only patients-with-pcp: { "project_id": "uuid-del-project", "patients_with_pcp_job_url": "https://fhir4.eclinicalworks.com/fhir/r4/..." } authorization: API key for authentication.
