Every benchmark this user owns, most recently changed first.

include_deleted adds the ones deleted recently, each carrying its deleted_at — that is how a browser still holding a copy learns it is gone instead of pushing it back up. It is opt-in so that anything not expecting the field (an older frontend) can never show a deleted benchmark as live.
