Disconnect the sender's LinkedIn account

Signs every connected browser out and stops all work. History, settings and queued steps are kept, so reconnecting the same LinkedIn account picks up where it left off. Browsers are told over the push channel at once, and 401 on their next call regardless. The connection token is replaced.
