Read the rest of an email card's thread

The follow-ups the agent drafted for the contact after the card's own email, in the order they go, with each step's wait. One approval covers the thread: approving the card approves each of these to send as written when its turn comes, with no card of its own; rejecting the card stops the contact. Empty for a LinkedIn task and an email nothing was drafted after.
