Publish a trip

Runs itinerary.publish; owner-only. Makes the trip publicly readable and returns { shareToken }. Publishing again keeps the same token, so links already shared keep working. The web share link is https://www.getmyhotels.com/trips/{publicId}?token={shareToken}; GET /v1/trips/{publicId} takes the same value as shareToken.
