Invite a collaborator to a trip

Runs itinerary.addCollaborator; owner-only. The invitee must already have an account (404 with a sign-up hint otherwise); inviting yourself is a 400 and inviting an existing collaborator a 409. role defaults to editor. Returns { collaborator }.
