List knowledge items of a Mind

Return a page of knowledge items (uploaded files, links, or auto-collected sources) attached to a Mind, newest first with ID as a stable tie-breaker. Use limit (default and maximum 100) and offset (default 0). data.total counts all items; data.pagination.hasMore indicates continuation. Each item carries its knowledge category (the goal it was collected for, else a one-time reading of its content), its relevance (the content review's 0–1 score for the role or search topic it was reviewed for, shared across Minds) and its evidence type (both null until the source has been reviewed), its durable background processing state (absent for legacy items ingested before processing metadata was recorded) and a statusUrl you can poll for embedding/pattern counts and readyForRetrieval. Use it after adding knowledge to find item IDs for PUT/DELETE, or to audit what a Mind was trained on. Access: you must be able to edit the Mind (owner, direct collaborator, or member of the team the Mind is shared with); any other Mind, including public ones, answers 404 Mind not found or access denied.
