Update a knowledge item

Rename the description of an existing knowledge item. description is the only updatable field: a body without a string description is rejected with 400 No valid fields to update. Updatable fields: description, and a blank/whitespace-only value is rejected with 400 Description must not be empty. The value is trimmed before saving. Changing the description does not re-run ingestion; use DELETE + POST to replace the underlying content. Access: you must be able to edit the Mind (owner, direct collaborator, or member of the team the Mind is shared with); other Minds answer 404 Mind not found or access denied.
