Create an Audience from existing Minds

Creates a private saved Audience by default. An optional per-creation idempotency key replays the same Audience with status 200; a new Audience returns 201.

Accessible existing Mind IDs. Duplicate IDs are deduplicated. Use mindIds, not the retired mindIds field.
