Ingest Recording Task

Download and ingest a run's Zoom cloud recording (video/chat/transcript).

Enqueued from the recording.completed webhook so the heavy download runs off the webhook hot path. ingest_recording() itself enqueues chat attribution (PRD-46) when chat is present. Idempotent: skips if already in flight / ready.
