Verify a list the customer brought with them.

A CSV in, a verification job out, running through the same relay and the same chunking as a verification of rows they revealed here. The column is found rather than configured: an address is the only thing in a spreadsheet shaped like an address, and asking somebody to name the column is a step that exists only because the parser was lazy.

Verdicts are written to the delivery ledger by address hash, exactly as the other path does, so an address the account already holds picks up the new verdict too rather than keeping a stale one.
