Track Initiate Checkout Capi

Send server-side InitiateCheckout event to Meta Conversions API. Called from /paywall and /upgrade in parallel with the browser pixel. Uses the same event_id as the browser fbq call so Meta de-duplicates. Mirrors the track-registration pattern to recover events ad blockers strip.
