Send Message

Send a message as Dot to Slack or email, for automations such as a scheduled script.

Admin only. Recipients stay inside what the workspace already reaches: Slack channels the Dot bot is in, and DMs or email to workspace members (email also follows the allowed-domain policy). Every recipient is resolved before anything is sent. A refusal is a 4xx whose detail is {"code", "message"}; the message says what to fix. A 502 delivery_failed lists each recipient's outcome in detail.results, so a retry with the same idempotency_key reaches only the ones that failed.
