Choose which account a connection syncs

Switch an OAuth connection (Google Ads) to another account its login reaches.

The new account loads from the start: a full refresh drops the previous account's rows, which a merge would keep beside the new ones. Should that reload not finish, the next sync reloads anyway, because the replicator records which account the tables were loaded from. A switch whose reload cannot be queued is undone, so the card never shows an account that is not loading.
