Get Public Org Logo

Unauthenticated logo fetch for the login page branding. Callers must identify the org via a slug (preferred, /login/<slug>), the existing org_id query param flow, or implicitly via a verified custom domain in the Host header. No listing — if the caller doesn't already know the identifier, no logo is served.
