Mailersend Webhook

MailerSend activity webhook: hard bounces and spam complaints land on the suppression list so no future issue mails those addresses again (the July 2026 bounce rate put the account under review). Signature is HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body with the webhook's signing secret.

Only suppression events demand a valid signature: MailerSend's creation ping (webhook.test) is signed with a fixed test secret and must get a 2xx or the webhook can't be registered — and it arrives before the operator has had any chance to configure our signing-secret env var.
