Get Subscription Status

Get subscription status including plan tier, credit balance, and pricing info.

This is intentionally a synchronous route: Stripe's Python client is blocking, and an org can require several customer/subscription lookups. FastAPI therefore runs the function in its worker threadpool instead of freezing unrelated auth, App stream, and UI requests on the event loop.
