Connect Drive

Connect one Google Drive scope.

shared (default): the service account acts as itself and reads exactly the shared drive it was added to. One connection per drive, each with its own access groups, so "Finance sees the Finance drive" is enforced by Google handing out a credential that cannot read anything else.

delegated: domain-wide delegation, impersonating whoever asks. Every user sees their own Drive. Needs the Admin console authorization step, and the key can read any file in the domain — right for some companies, which is why it stays available.

Either way the connection is verified against Google before it is saved: a misconfigured one would otherwise look successful and then fail on every agent call with an error no one can act on.
