List recurring reminders (v2)

Retrieve all recurring (keep-in-touch) reminders for the authenticated user. Non-paginated — returns { data: { reminders: [...] } } without a pagination object. Personal only, so include[tags] or include[reminders_tags] gets reminders_tags: [] on every reminder.
