Update a reminder (v2)

Partially update a reminder by its ID. With X-Dex-Workspace, tag_ids replaces the reminder's tags ([] clears them, omitted leaves them), under the same rule as every workspace edit: only the creator or the current assignee. A tag outside the workspace is 400 invalid_reference and changes nothing. Reminder tags are workspace-only: a Personal request with tag_ids is 400 workspace_context_required. Requires an Idempotency-Key header. Returns { data: { reminder: {...} } } with the post-update row.

Required. UUID per logical operation, reused on every retry. See apps/rest-api/src/shared/idempotency.ts for the full contract. Missing → 400 BadRequest; same key + different body → 409 Conflict.
