Snooze a keep-in-touch cadence (v2)

Hide a cadence from the due lists without moving its due date. Send snooze_days (1 to 3650) or snoozed_until (an ISO 8601 datetime with offset, after now and within 3650 days); exactly one, else 400 snooze_out_of_range. Clients that show a local date should send snoozed_until so a DST change cannot move it. Workspace-only: send the X-Dex-Workspace header (400 workspace_context_required without it). Requires an Idempotency-Key header. Returns { data: { cadence: {...} } }.

Required. UUID per logical operation, reused on every retry. See apps/rest-api/src/shared/idempotency.ts for the full contract. Missing → 400 BadRequest; same key + different body → 409 Conflict.
