Mark a cadence met (v2)

Record that the caller met the contact: the due date moves on by the frequency, the snooze clears and a note is written on the contact, shared for a Team cadence and private for a My cadence. A viewer marking their own My cadence met gets no note. Workspace-only: send the X-Dex-Workspace header (400 workspace_context_required without it). Requires an Idempotency-Key header. Returns { data: { cadence: {...}, note: { id } | null } }.

Required. UUID per logical operation, reused on every retry. See apps/rest-api/src/shared/idempotency.ts for the full contract. Missing → 400 BadRequest; same key + different body → 409 Conflict.
