Reorder custom fields (v2)

Batch ranking update ({ updates: [{ customFieldId, ranking }] }, max 100). Stale IDs are silently skipped. Requires Idempotency-Key. Returns the full re-ranked list: { data: { custom_fields: [...] } }.
