Create a custom field (v2)

Create ONE custom field definition. Accepts name, field_type (input | autocomplete | datepicker; in a workspace also teammate, multiselect, number, boolean and contact, which Personal Dex refuses with 400), and categories (the options of autocomplete and multiselect only, as [{ category }]). Ranking is assigned automatically (appended last). In a workspace (X-Dex-Workspace), only owners and admins may create one, with an API key too. Requires Idempotency-Key. Returns { data: { custom_field: {...} } } with status 201.

Required. UUID per logical operation, reused on every retry. See apps/rest-api/src/shared/idempotency.ts for the full contract. Missing → 400 BadRequest; same key + different body → 409 Conflict.
