Restore a company (v2)

Restore an archived company to the default list. Restoring an active company changes nothing. Viewers are refused; closed to API keys. Workspace-only: send the X-Dex-Workspace header (404 record_not_found without it). Idempotency-Key is optional. Returns { data: { company: {...} } }.
