Update a company (v2)

Partially update a company: only the fields in company change, and null clears an optional field. logo_url accepts only the URL a completed logo upload returned for this company, or null. A website another company already uses is 409 with details.existing_company_id. Viewers are refused. Workspace-only: send the X-Dex-Workspace header (404 record_not_found without it). Requires an Idempotency-Key header. Returns { data: { company: {...} } }.
