Record Call Log Click

Record that the authenticated user opened (clicked into) a specific call log.

The frontend hits this from its row-click handler so every UI access shows up in call_log_access_audit, even though the click itself doesn't re-fetch the log. Org membership is verified before the audit row is written so the audit table cannot be polluted with cross-org IDs.
