Get User Usage Limits

Read the spend caps configured for one member of your organization. The response has a monthly and a daily block; each carries an optional overall limit_amount and a model_limits list of per-model caps keyed by canonical ledger model key. A block with limit_amount: null and an empty model_limits means no cap is set for that period. Amounts are in the organization billing currency (currency).

This is the same data an administrator sees under Settings → Usage. Organization-wide caps and spend/usage figures are not exposed here.

API keys are not scoped: any key for your organization can read any member's caps, exactly as an administrator can in Settings.

Returns 404 if the user is not an active member of your organization.
