Duplicate Seed Tiptap Document

Copy a source Tiptap document to a cloned sandbox file.

Fetches the source as Yjs and creates the destination at cloned_file_id. A missing source or existing destination returns duplicated: false with source_missing or already_exists; other Tiptap failures return 502.
