List the custom fields configured on an account or project space, together with their current values. Link (url) fields also return display_text, the text shown in place of the URL, or null when the URL is shown. Fields come from the template the space was created with, so a space whose template defines no custom fields returns an empty list.

Returns 404 if the space does not exist in your organization, is deleted, or is not an account/project space (organization, personal, and portal spaces have no custom fields).
