Export the calls matching the current filters as a typed .xlsx / pure CSV.

Same filters, same crud query, same enrichment as list_calls — the file equals the screen by construction. Row cap {EXPORT_ROW_CAP}: above it the request 422s ("narrow your date range") rather than silently truncating. Every export writes a durable ExportAudit row (who/what/how many — never row contents).

Environment an agent (and the conversations it handles) belongs to.

Vestigial since the staging clone was removed: every agent and every new conversation is PRODUCTION. The column is retained because historical rows still carry it and several snapshot filters key off it.
