List Conversations

List conversations for the authenticated user with pagination.

search narrows by title. It belongs here rather than in the client because the sidebar is how a conversation is found: filtering the page the client happens to hold would report "no match" about history it never fetched. total narrows with it, so a caller can still tell a complete answer from a truncated one.
