Submit Tool Result

Submit a tool result (e.g. user's ask_user selection) and resume streaming.

This endpoint:

  1. Validates ownership
  2. Finds the pending ask_user tool call on the last assistant message
  3. Marks it completed and records the result
  4. Constructs a ToolMessage and resumes the LangGraph agent
  5. Streams the continuation via SSE (same event format as send_message)
