Send Caller Card

Send the card on to a department, or one of its lines ("Send to…").

For a call the person on the phone transfers onward in their own phone system, which we cannot see (D8, D9). Everyone who answers the chosen lines gets the card and a push; the send is recorded, so the card's conversation marks the hand-off. Someone who already has the card is not told again.
