Retrieve notifications
List notifications for the current user. Returns an empty array when the user has no documents or no notifications match the request.
Requesting notifications also resets the badge count of the user's registered devices that carry more than five pending notifications.

Query parameters
Set to true to include notifications for documents owned by other users in the entity. Admins and managers always get them; other roles only when the entity is not security restricted.
Number of notifications to skip. Defaults to 0. Notifications only come from the 200 most recently created documents the request covers, leaving out private and recalled documents.
Number of notifications to return, at most 200. Defaults to 20. A value that is not a number returns an empty list.
Only include notifications from the last x minutes.
