Number of people who obtained lawful permanent resident (LPR, green card) status while living in Georgia, by federal fiscal year, from the DHS Office of Homeland Security Statistics (OHSS). Statewide totals FY2015-FY2024 (Yearbook of Immigration Statistics 2024, Table 4) with separate country-of-birth and world-region-of-birth breakdowns for FY2024 (Supplemental Table 1); and, for the 4-7 Georgia counties among the 200 U.S. counties with the most new LPRs each year, FY2007-FY2024 counts by country of birth and major class of admission (OHSS Top 200 Counties tables). OHSS publishes no county all-country/all-class total; the key metric num_new_lprs_estimated carries a platform estimate there and OHSS's figures (its cells, exact sums of them, or 0 where it lists none) everywhere else; num_new_lprs is the same series without the estimates.

NULL handling: suppressed cells are NULL (not zero); zero is a real value through 2022 (later zeros may be suppressed cells).
