Count of removals - deportations carried out by U

Count of removals - deportations carried out by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) - whose originating arrest was recorded in Georgia, by calendar year and month of departure, from the person-level removal records ICE released under FOIA (Hausman v. ICE) and the Deportation Data Project published unprocessed. Each removal is counted once and broken out by ICE's gender determination, the case's criminality classification (convicted, pending charges, or other immigration violator), the ICE program that produced the removal (Criminal Alien Program, Fugitive Operations, 287(g), ...), and country of citizenship. State-level only: the source has no county field. Removals with no recorded apprehension state are in no state's count, so this is a floor: linking each removal to the same person's ICE arrest record puts the arrest in Georgia for about 57% more removals (see limitations).
