Invoke Uploads Complete

Complete an upload, then schedule the post-upload pipeline AFTER the response (metadata extraction / viz profiles / auto-collections) — same deferral the legacy route did via BackgroundTasks. The op creates the item/asset records + provenance synchronously; the pipeline is best-effort post-processing.
