Visibility Check Endpoint

Check if a map has non-public datasets. Informational only.

Owner-or-admin like the other sharing mutations: the response names non-public dataset titles, which read access alone must not reveal. Read access is checked first so unreadable maps keep answering 404 (existence-hiding); readable non-owners get 403.
