Get Og Image

Serve the OG social-card image from storage (visibility-checked).

Uses public, max-age=86400 for public maps — OG images change less often than thumbnails (which use 3600s). Mirrors get_thumbnail but reads og_image_uri and uses the maps/og-images/ key space.
