Remove Vrt Source

Remove a COG source from an existing VRT and trigger async regeneration.

Returns 202 Accepted with a job_id for polling. Returns 409 if the VRT is currently regenerating. Returns 422 if removing would leave fewer than 2 sources. Returns 404 if the source is not linked to the VRT.
