Create User

Create a new user with the specified role (admin only).

post/admin/users/

Request

  • The document declares no server URL.
  • Auth: one of:
    • OAuth 2 (password, token URL /api/auth/login)
    • API key in header X-Api-Key
    • API key in query parameter api_key

Request body

usernamestring required

Login username (3-150 chars). Must be unique across the system.

passwordstring required

Initial password (policy: min 12 chars, 3+ character classes, at most 72 bytes UTF-8). The user can change this after first login.

emailstring email nullable

Optional email address. Used for OAuth account linking and notifications.

rolestring

User role: 'admin', 'editor', or 'viewer'. Defaults to 'viewer'.
