List Audit Logs

Query audit logs with optional filters and sort (admin only).

sort and order are closed enums, so an unrecognised value is refused with a 422 and never reaches the query.

Column to order by. Resource name is not sortable: it is resolved per page after the query, so the database cannot order by it.
