List Global Scans

GET /api/v1/gems/global-scans Get recent scans globally (from all users). Public endpoint - no auth required.

This endpoint returns gemstones scanned across the platform, useful for a global feed or discovery feature.

Abuse hardening:

  • page_size is clamped to 1..50 (the app requests 5); page is clamped >= 1
  • rate limited per client IP (RATE_LIMIT_GLOBAL_SCANS, default 30/minute)
  • user identifiers are stripped from every item (user_id forced to null)
