Gem Value History

GET /api/v1/gems/{gem_id}/value-history?days=90 The gem's own value line: anchor (estimated_value.best at scan) moved by its variety's daily index ratio for each day in the window with index data. Unindexed variety → single flat anchor point. Owner-only — 404 for gems that aren't the caller's (existence not leaked).
